President

Katie is the President of Mettle Ops, an Engineering and Manufacturing company supporting ground vehicle design and production for the DoD. She also supports Refuge for Nations, a nonprofit in Detroit, MI for women learning to build skills as they acclimate to America.

Mark is the President of NUDG Systems, a Cyber Security Compliance Software focused on supporting small businesses who do work for the DoD.

Secretary

Karen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Living which provides reliable and compassionate care for your family and loved ones. They serve all children and adults with developmental disabilities, as well as senior citizens aging in place.

Treasurer

Robert Miller is a Certified Public Accountant and has been a tax accountant for a federal government agency since 2005. He also holds the title of Chief Financial Officer for Miller Family Realty LLC, a family company, since 2020.

Board Member

Janelle joined CIA Insurance and Risk Management in 2008. She utilizes a proactive approach to assist clients in designing, developing, and maintaining an excellent benefits program in order to attract and retain the best talent. She is also a Board Member of the Judson Center and Child Safe.

Nancy Negohosian is the Owner and President of both HMS Products Co. and Vice President of HMS Mfg. Co. She is active in the non-profit community serving in leadership positions on both the Troy Chamber of Commerce and the Boys & Girls Club of Troy boards.
